Hello everyone,

On May 7th from 12-3 PM, Oschner SHS will be hosting their annual free physical day for our student athletes (this includes band and colorguard). At some point this week or next week, all students who have opted into the free physical will receive a packet of documents that will need to be filled out and turned back into me asap. 

All band/colorguard students will be required to do the free physical at Slidell High unless I receive an email from a Parent/Guardian by this Thursday, 4/24 confirming they would like to use the student's primary care physician to get this done. As a reminder, all students must have a physical on file with me before they participate in Band Camp in July. I highly recommend your student takes advantage of this as it makes things easy for me and the school to keep track of which students have current, up-to-date physicals.
