Hello everyone,

Here is the recap of the Band Meeting last night for those of you who were not in attendance. 

1. Please look at all attachments in this email. There is very important information in each one. I must have the Handbook/Attendance Policy contract, Fee contract, and Rental Agreement (for those of you who are renting an instrument or guard equipment from the program) signed and turned into me before Band Camp in July to participate.
2.  I have also attached the script for the meeting and PPT. The script includes everything about the program, including the big changes we are making with Band Fees, Band Camp, Boosterhub, etc. Please read this thoroughly!
3. All parents/guardians MUST sign up themselves and their student for a Boosterhub account. This must be done ASAP. Everything about the band program will run through Boosterhub moving forward, including Booster Dues. The QR Code to sign up is in the PPT and on the Remind attachment.
4. The Summer Calendar is attached. Please let me know ASAP if you have any conflicts with the mandatory camps in July.
5. The first payment of fees were due yesterday. Band students will owe $50 in Booster Dues, New Guard students will pay for their Gameday Uniform, Pep Rally Uniform, and bag, Returning Guard Members will pay their $100 Booster Dues. These Booster Dues will be paid through Boosterhub on your account. Please pay these fees ASAP. Please consult the Fee Contract for the rest of the payments throughout the year. 
6. Any incoming freshman and rookies must get their Physical done by a Primary Care Physician. Please schedule this now. Your students will be given the paperwork later this week that the Doctor needs to fill out. This must be completed and turned in to me before Rookie Camp in July.
