Attached is the updated Calendar which now includes the Fall Schedule. Please note a few things as you look through it...

1. There is an ACT Testing Day on Oct. 18th. Please do not sign up for that date as we will be going to our first Regional Band competition in the recent history of the program. This will involve us being gone all day and most likely, we will be performing near the beginning or middle of the day. There is a date on Sept. 6th that does not conflict with the band schedule.
2. The call times for competitions are tentative as of now. I did my best guess based on years past. 
3. Please note the days we do not have rehearsal. We have historically had rehearsals on the Friday before Memorial Day weekend and Halloween. We will not have rehearsals on those days moving forward as I want the kids to enjoy their time with their friends/family. 
4. We have two Wednesday rehearsals on Oct 1st and Oct 29th due to Thursday games. These rehearsals are mandatory and work will not be an excused absence for missing.
5. There is no jazz band on the schedule yet. When I figure out Jazz Band's first community event, I will add Jazz Band rehearsals on Wed. This will be an audition group and a smaller group then what we've had in years past. 
6. There are 4 Saturday rehearsals: 8/23, 9/20, 10/25, and 11/1. Please make sure these are noted in your personal calendars.
7. The optional rehearsal on June 12th for percussion has been changed to Bass Line and Melodic Keyboards.
